I have forgotten my password, how do i reset it?
Go to the “My Account” section of the website click on ‘forgot your password’, enter your email address, and we’ll send you a new password straight away.
Is my personal information safe?
The information you share with us is secure, private and confidential. We will never pass your details on to a third-party for marketing purposes.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, we will be happy to take your order over the phone – please call us on 0121 778 6001.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Yes, If you wish to add items to an existing order please call us on 0121 778 6001 as soon as possible before 1:30pm and if we can we will combine the order and send out as one.
Can I change the delivery address after I have placed my order?
If you want to change your delivery address after you have placed your order please Contact us or call us on 0121 778 6001. If the order has not been despatched we can change the delivery address. Our normal cut off time for this is around 2pm.
